OVERVIEW
Welcome to Lemon Tops! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lemon Tops. Lemon Tops operates this store and website, including all related content, tools, features and services (collectively the “Services”) to provide you with a curated and joyful shopping experience. We’re powered by Shopify, which helps us bring Lemon Tops to life.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain your rights and responsibilities when you interact with our site or buy from us. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you're at least the age of majority in your region, and you consent to allow any minors under your care to use the Services. If we ask for personal info like shipping or payment details, you promise it’s accurate and yours to give. You're responsible for keeping your account info secure and not sharing it.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We’ve done our best to show you exactly what you’ll get. That said, screen settings vary, and colours may look slightly different in real life.
All Lemon Tops are made-to-order — we press each one fresh just for you. Small variations in placement or tone are totally normal and part of the charm. We reserve the right to change or remove products at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We’ll only consider it accepted once payment has been processed and we confirm your order. If we need to cancel or adjust it, we’ll let you know using the contact info you provide.
Please double-check your order before submitting — as a small biz making custom goods, we may not be able to cancel after printing starts.
You’re welcome to return items as outlined in our Returns Policy, but we don't accept purchases intended for resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are in NZD and current at the time you order. They don’t include shipping or taxes unless otherwise stated. Discounts and promotions are limited-time and may change.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact details. You're also confirming you're authorised to use any payment method you provide, and that it will be honoured.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to print and pack your order within 1–7 working days. Then it’s over to the courier. NZ-wide delivery usually takes 1–3 days, though rural areas may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates only. Once your order is handed off to the courier, title and risk are transferred to you. We can’t control delays, but we’re happy to help chase things up if needed.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything on this site — from our designs to the Lemon Tops name — belongs to us or our collaborators. You can enjoy it for personal use only. Please don’t reproduce or use our materials for anything commercial without permission.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We might offer third-party tools to enhance your experience (like payments or ratings). These are provided “as is,” and we’re not responsible for how they work. Use them at your own risk and read their terms before engaging.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Sometimes we link out to other sites or services. We can’t control them and aren’t responsible for anything that happens once you leave our site.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Lemon Tops runs on Shopify, but when you buy from us, you’re dealing directly with Lemon Tops. Shopify has no responsibility for anything you buy from our store.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your info. Some of your data is processed by Shopify to run this store and support your experience.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
We love hearing from you. If you share feedback, reviews or suggestions, you’re giving us permission to use that content to improve our site and services. Just be honest and respectful, please.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS & OMISSIONS
Sometimes things slip through the cracks — like typos or outdated info. We reserve the right to correct anything at any time, including pricing or product availability.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
Please use Lemon Tops kindly and legally. Don’t hack, spam, impersonate others, or try to break the site or anyone’s experience using it. If you misuse the site, we reserve the right to remove your access.

We can suspend or end your access if necessary — for example, if you violate these terms. You’ll still be responsible for any charges incurred up to that point.

We do our best, but we can’t promise everything will always work perfectly. You use our Services at your own risk and accept them “as is.”

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, where Lemon Tops is based.
