Returns & Exchanges

We get it - shopping online can be tricky.

At Lemon Tops, each tee is pressed to order, which helps us reduce waste and keep things fresh.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

We accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll sort it with a refund, replacement, or other appropriate solution. If we need the item returned, we’ll let you know and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us approving the refund. If we ask you to return the item, the refund will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item.

Size exchanges

We accept exchanges for size swaps within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• Returned with proof of purchase

For size exchanges, return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We offer exchanges or store credit for size swaps.
